CADEX CORE · PRIVATE BETA
One intelligence layer over the tools you already run.
Core connects to the systems your company works in, builds a permission-aware knowledge layer across them, and lets anyone ask a question in plain language and get a cited answer. Agents run the recurring work over the same layer.

01 · WHAT IT DOES
Search, answers, and agents over everything your company has written down.
Connected sources
Authorize each tool once. Core keeps reading from it so the layer stays current without anyone exporting or uploading anything.
Plain-language answers
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. Core answers from connected sources and shows the documents, tasks, and threads it used.
Scheduled agents
Agents run the recurring work over the same layer, on a schedule or on a trigger: daily status, meeting prep, project health, email triage.
Permissions inherited
The layer mirrors the access rules of the systems it reads. Access is checked per person before a file is used in an answer.
Citations built in
Answers and agent outputs carry links back to the material they came from, so the work can be checked rather than trusted blindly.
Multi-tenant by design
Each company gets its own isolated tenant, its own connections, and its own layer. Data is partitioned per customer.
02 · HOW IT WORKS
Connect once. Ask anything.
01
Connect your sources
ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Slack and Microsoft 365, plus your own files and websites. Authorize each once.
02
Core builds the layer
One permission-aware knowledge layer across everything you connected, carrying each item's original access rules with it.
03
Your team asks questions
Employees ask in plain language and get an answer built from your sources, with citations back to the material.
04
Agents take the routine
Scheduled and triggered agents run the work that repeats every week, over the same layer and the same permissions.
03 · INTEGRATIONS
It bolts on rather than replaces.
Your team keeps its tools and its habits. Core reads from where the work already happens.

SOON
Your own files and websites go into the same layer: contracts, SOPs, proposals and public documentation all become searchable alongside the connected tools.
04 · WHAT CHANGES
The metrics tracked with you.
Each one is baselined in week one and reported against monthly, the way Cadex runs its engagements.
Time to an answer
- Minutes of searching replaced by one question
- Fewer interruptions to ask a colleague
- New hires productive without a tour of every tool
Hours off the routine
- Status reports that write themselves
- Meeting prep waiting before the meeting
- Inbox triaged as mail arrives
Decisions that hold
- Answers traceable to a source
- One version of the truth across departments
- Less knowledge living only in one person's head
05 · SECURITY & GOVERNANCE
Answers are gated on what each person can already open.
Permissions are not a setting layered on afterwards. They come from the systems Core reads, and they travel with each document into the layer.
Permission-aware retrieval
Access is evaluated per user, per question, against the source system's own rules.
Tenant isolation
Each company runs in its own tenant, with its own connections and indexes.
Traceable outputs
Answers and agent runs cite their sources, so outputs can be audited after the fact.
Revocable connections
Disconnect a source at any time and it leaves the layer with it. Scopes stay narrow by default.
06 · FAQ
Questions teams ask first.
No. It bolts on rather than replaces, so your team keeps its tools and the way it works. They keep working in ClickUp, Notion, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Slack or Microsoft 365, and Core reads from them.
The knowledge layer is permission-aware. Access is checked per user against the rules in the source system, and material that fails the check is left out of the answer.
Answers carry citations back to the documents, tasks and threads they drew from, so the reasoning can be checked instead of taken on faith.
They run scheduled or triggered work over the same knowledge layer. Common first ones are daily status, meeting prep, project health and email triage. Cadex scopes the set with you in onboarding.
ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack and Microsoft 365, plus your own files and websites. Meta Ads is next.
Connections are authorized in a sitting. Cadex sets them up with you during onboarding rather than leaving you with a blank connector screen.
07 · WAITLIST
